Occupational therapists use purposeful activities to enhance or restore function so that an individual may participate in self-care, work/academics, and play/leisure activities. "Occupation" refers to any activity in which an individual engages. OT evaluations may include assessment of an individual's motor skills (gross motor, fine motor, visual motor, oral motor), sensory processing, activities of daily living, the environment, play skills and personal interactions.

Audiologist: Diane Graybill, M.A., CCC-A

Diane Graybill has a Master of Art degree in audiology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders. Diane has 15 years of experience and extensive background as an audiologist in the school setting. She specializes in the evaluation of preschool and school-aged children.

Audiologists diagnose, evaluate and treat individuals with hearing loss or communication problems. Audiological evaluations include hearing acuity tests and a battery of tests for auditory processing to determine if there is an auditory processing disorder and it's severity. Based on test results, recommendations are made for compensatory and management strategies.
