and young adults, ages 2-21, with developmental and learning challenges

DIR/Floortime featured in New York Times Sunday Magazine
The October 19, 2008 article discusses the "creative and highly interactive" DIR
(Developmental, Individual differences, Relationship-based) approach to treatment
of autism spectrum disorder in teens. Mynd Works uses this

Social Sense: Designed to foster social skill development in a group
setting. Two age groups - 5-7 and 8-11. Initial assessment required.

DIR/Floortime: A special group for parents and children ages 2 ½
- 5, utilizing Dr. Stanley Greenspan's innovative approach.
Complimentary Screenings Available
Mynd Works now offers complimentary screenings for children and young adults
ages 3-21. Conducted by our Occupational Therapist, the 20-minute screenings
will provide an initial inquiry into sensory processing, auditory processing,
